How do I know if I am eligible for TELUS EPP member pricing?

Email epp@zashmobile.ca with your eligibility questions and we can let you know if your workplace or organization is a TELUS Exclusive Partner Program member.

Where can I redeem my TELUS EPP offer?

You can redeem your exclusive offer through this site by clicking (here) and submit your order or in person at our Barrhaven, Ottawa location. 4285 Strandherd Dr, Ottawa, 613-690-5449

I am currently a TELUS EPP member, how can I get my offers?

Click the link below to revalidate your account and get your exclusive member validation code. You can then process your order online (Here) or in store at 4285 Strandherd Dr, Ottawa, 613-690-5449

Can I use my current phone number from my current provider?

Yes, of course! We initiate the process and send you easy instruction to complete the process when you receive your new device.

Are there any fees?

Yes, there is a standard $40 connection fee on all Activations and Renewals. This is charged directly by TELUS and we at ZASH Mobile have no ability to waive or credit this.

I am a current TELUS consumer customer, can I switch to TELUS EPP?

If you are currently a TELUS consumer customer and would like to migrate your account to TELUS EPP please contact us with your request (here). A one time $50 migration fee will apply to migrate your account from Consumer to TELUS EPP.

How soon will my order arrive?

After validating your order we will do our very best to ship your order within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability. In store pickup can also be arranged.

Is there a cost to shipping or pickup?

Shipping is $20 per device order using Purolator with tracking. For instore pickup there is no additional charge.
