Yes, there is a standard $50 connection fee on all Activations and Renewals. This is charged directly by TELUS and we at ZASH Mobile have no ability to waive or credit this.
If you are currently a TELUS consumer customer and would like to migrate your account to TELUS EPP please contact us with your request (here). A one time $50 migration fee will apply to migrate your account from Consumer to TELUS EPP.
After validating your order we will do our very best to ship your order within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability. In store pickup can also be arranged.
Shipping is $20 per device order using Purolator with tracking. For instore pickup there is no additional charge.
